Apprenticeships

Raphael has always placed great emphasis on the development of our core asset – our people.

Since 2001 we have worked in partnership with Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College to develop the skill sets of budding young carpenters. We have had the pleasure of accepting a number of individuals onto our Apprenticeship Development Programme who have in turn achieved some fantastic results and awards through their hard work and determination including two CITB “Medals of Excellence Gold Award” since 2004.

Raphael offer apprentices the opportunity to develop key trade skills and experience on our numerous sites. The nature of our business allows these apprentices to thrive in an opportunity rich environment, uniquely working alongside career experienced professionals. This exposure coupled with our core values and the experience of working on a multitude of contrasting site profiles, is what makes the Raphael experience unique.

Raphael aims through this hands on approach, and unique learning environment, to give students the best start within the industry, and equip them physically and mentally to succeed in fulfilling their professional goals.

Other Professional Development

In addition to the excellent results achieved by our apprentices, Raphael also invest in numerous professional development schemes for our employees, which are run in conjunction with world class professional bodies such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
