At Raphael, we have consistently invested heavily in maintaining high environmental standards and ensuring our business operation is sustainable. We are committed not only to reducing any negative environmental impact today, but also to the progressive development of sustainable measures, to ensure environmental improvement over the long term.  As such we recycle 100% of our waste paper and wood and we use it to heat our factory. Less than 1% of our waste goes to landfill.

We take our responsibility seriously, and are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve. We are ISO 14001 accredited and as such are actively pursuing ways in which we can reduce our energy consumption and waste output, and improve our carbon footprint. Since 2013 we have held Chain of Custody certification with FSC ®, PEFC & Forest Products, and as such we diligently procure our timber from sustainable sources.
